Weichert Relocation Resources Strengthens Leadership Team with Addition of Eileen Norman

MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. – August 5, 2009 – Weichert Relocation Resources Inc. (WRRI), a global leader in relocation, cross-border and assignment management solutions, announced that Eileen Norman has joined the company as vice president of operations. In this capacity, Norman will oversee service teams and manage performance and processes in WRRI’s Midwestern U.S. Operations Center in Chicago.

Norman brings seventeen years of relocation, quality management and real estate experience to her role. She began her career with Prudential Relocation, managing the company’s appraisal services team before taking on increasingly strategic roles, including real estate services director, director of operations and director of operational excellence, in which she led process tracking and improvement throughout the company. She most recently served as a senior consultant with Balanced Quality Consulting, Inc. in Schaumburg, Ill., where she researched, developed and managed Quality Management Systems to achieve tangible improvements in productivity, service delivery, and customer satisfaction for a wide range of clients.

“In addition to her solid and extensive relocation background, Eileen brings an impressive track record for building strong client partnerships and elevating organizational effectiveness,” said WRRI executive vice president Dave Bencivengo. “I’m certain she’ll have an immediate impact on our company and help further our reputation as the industry’s service and quality leader.”

Norman is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from Worldwide ERC. She holds an Illinois real estate license and a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University.
